Dan Robertson - President and Founder of North American Aviation Inc. has worked within the aviation industry for 28 years. Dan’s background focuses on composites and composite tool engineering to include management in Quality Control, Composite Tool manufacturing and Tool engineering. Dan’s multiple years of experience come from companies such as Boeing, Beech Aircraft, Cessna Aircraft Company and McDonnell-Douglas. Dan’s knowledge of tool fabrication and design, proficiency in 3D computer aided drafting and CNC programming has helped to bring North American Aviation Inc to the manner it is today.

Rod Gerlach - Vice President and Founder of North American Aviation Inc. has worked within the aviation industry for 29 years to include tool manufacturing and 4 years in Management positions. His experience comes from such companies as Cessna Aircraft Company, Beech Aircraft company Pawnee Composites and Burnham Products. As Vice President of North American Aviation for the past 13 years, his experience with composite tooling has contributed to the growth and success of our organization. Rod oversees our Composite tooling customer base.
