At North American Aviation Inc. we understand that technology always moves forward, we believe it is our responsibility to be ever diligent in offering the latest that composites innovation has to offer. “We do more for you” expresses our commitment to provide you, our customer, with every possible competitive advantage in today’s market; giving you the highest quality composite product at the lowest possible cost with the fastest turn around times in the industry.
North American Aviation was founded in 1992 by Dan Robertson and Rod Gerlach in a small building near downtown Wichita Kansas. Through hard work and perseverance, our products are now completed within our first class composites center located on 15 acres just north of Wichita. Our increased capacity has allowed us to accommodate projects as large as a complete Head of State 747 and the Boeing Tanker interior to smaller projects such as the BBJ and the Lear 45 just to name a few.
Our three Senior Leadership Team members alone have over 71 years of combined experience in the aircraft composites industry. This experience has given us the foundation to discover manufacturing techniques that will give you the advantage of attaining a superior composite product.
North American Aviation has shown its ability to better serve our customers by utilizing a unique surface finish that bonds to the part face during cure; thus creating a thin, lightweight, pinhole free surface, ready to paint! As a whole, we are able to provide a lighter, more aesthetically pleasing yet stronger product, ready for your finish upon delivery.
Our tooling department is capable of producing both Low Temp or High Temp, Fiberglass or Carbon fiber, pre-preg or epoxy molds; Drill Fixtures, Assembly Fixtures, Master Models and Mockups. We also offer 5 Axis machining and production part trimming. We have the equipment and capability to produce your configuration demands with precision and accuracy.
By eliminating costly in house quality control time, material waste, shop supplies, utility costs, equipment wear and numerous other factors associated with in-house production, your profits will increase while reducing management time needed to accomplish a given task.
We operate with the basic understanding that Quality is the responsibility of each and every employee with each and every job function. We are able to provide engineering and technical assistance to ensure the best manufacturing techniques are to be incorporated within your projects.
Allow us to produce your next project and realize the satisfaction our existing customers have come to know.
